I don't want to rain on your parade but.... You are opening yourself up to a major liability exposure. I've built custom machinery all of my life and carry insurance. People will file a suit for things beyond your control. You also need a comprehensive owners manual with most of it being safety related. At least a LLC. Someone runs into it at a stoplight and you could be in litigation let alone a amputation.
