Had the main AC off all day yesterday and didnt even have any windows open until late afternoon.
73* going to mid 80s, then getting hotter rest of week.

We had some rain move through yesterday but you could have counted the raindrops. We must have got a little shower sometime during the night too because things are wet now.

We've only run the air conditioner a few times this year so far. It appears that may change next week.

It dropped to 41 overnight. Some warm days (hot) coming up so trying to keep the house cool for as long as I can without using the AC.

Someone should tell the NWS if you tie the old temperature, it is not setting a "new" record.

That is how we look at it...

Someone further east reported 38 for the low. I'll bet that made some campers pack up.

57 overnight 69 right now. One site lists the humidity at 80% another lists it at 100%!!! Average it out and 90% is still too high for this guy.

Not burning much now, the oddball confidential document I suppose.
But, a couple weeks ago, I burned the rule book from my last job. I figured a little piece of Hell in my wood stove would take the morning chill off.

    It did.
And it made me feel good.
    Here's the evidence:

Dropped to 66 overnight and it's been holding at 69 for awhile now.

Supposed to hit 90 today. 90% humidity now.

Had to turn the AC on for a few hours yesterday afternoon/evening. :makeitrain"

Mid 70s and not dropping much overnight. We got some much needed rain here today, just in time for this week’s heat wave. :picard: I’m not exactly looking forward to cold weather yet, but September is sounding nice. It’s been so dry here that the leaves on the birches in a few spots have been turning yellow and dropping off. I also spotted a few cherry trees where the leaves on the new branches turned brown and withered up. Hopefully we get some more rain with the upcoming thunderstorms.

Thunder lightning and eventually rain overnight! I had just remembered to place the rain gauge and looks like we got close to 1/4". Short lived but needed.

62 not but inside is still at 75.
