    I used cherry heartwood for that cooking session. Worked very nice!

    I can see oak and locust would be great for maximum heat and coaling for longer cooks but these pizzas literally took minutes to do. We did (7) 16" pizzas in 25 minutes, and thats including prep time

    Bread/buns baked in there would be awesome as well. fishingpol cooked a variety of things in his pizza oven.

    Looks GREAT Scotty Overkill Let us know when the next pizza are ready. I do pizzas as well try a caramelized onion and goat cheese pizza with balsamic vinegar KILLER

    We started a fire in it last Saturday around 3:00, it was ready to cook on by 5. We had it up to 950°F.
