Tuesday morning after work, our 5 yr old grandson RJ, said he wanted to help Grandaddy on the woodyard. I was tickled and said sure. Just he and I, had 21 rounds left to split, we got 18 done and rack was full He was in charge of the bark pile. He really liked this piece The last round we split held a surprise... Glad we didn't "find" it with the saw.. He helped hand me the splits to stack... Rack is done

Nice way to spend the time together. Now take that piece of bark with the hole in it and use it to make a picture frame. One of the pictures of your grandson in it would be perfect in there.
How awesome! Good for him wanting to help! The pic of him framed in the knothole is worthy of an award! I note that your stack is stacked tighter than any stack I think I've ever seen. (EDIT: I see that it is the stack in your last pic; your other ones are not stacked so tight.) You have to do that purposely. What's the reason? Sure looks purty! I stack mine looser I guess cuz it's faster plus, seems it would get more airflow. Lastly, what do you do with bark? I use it for driveway material, lol.
