Didn’t make it far this morning :) Way too hot for the likes of me.
One fix I need to do, but not now, is move the wheels/lift system further back towards the center. There’s just too much tongue weight. Squats the atv right down even with the shocks turned up all the way. The extra set of tires I installed shouldn’t be on the ground. Their only function is dragging it backwards while still attached to the logsplitter.
Tomorrow morning I’ll give it a run.

That looks like a piece of artillery behind the four wheeler.
    Elevator for the splits?

Engines in the middle for moving. Once it’s in position it can swap spots and drag the whole thing backwards as we go.

It will be different. That I can guarantee :)
Also won’t be going where I had planned by the beech logs. After taking down the last of the tree of heaven there’s still just not enough sunlight in that spot. Doesn’t get sun till after 1.00. Plans are moving again.

An even longer train. Don’t normally plan on splitting into the trailer. Chopped up a light half cord of Tree of Heaven which I’ll donate to a friend.

That’s a slick setup! Thanks for sharing the pics. Really cool how you can move it all around with the 570.

No joke. The only thing that might make it better is a super split between the hydro and the conveyor. :santa:

So the lead unit is a Ram.
You've got 3 cars on the pin, and the trailing unit appears to be a quad.
When power is on both ends of a train, its aka "push-pull" where parts of the train can be moved from either the head end or rear end.
    Cool setup!

I know the SS fans are devoted. I’m more of a box wedge and log lift fan myself. Less wrestling. Too much speed is probably dangerous for me LOL
