Yeah some cheap Chinese thing. Might be better off buying a Honda pioneer. The one thing the pioneer might out perform!
I’ve been researching trying to find a UTV for a non profit that rehabs wildlife . Something to haul feed , water , trash etc….. They are getting desperate and the only available ones are the cheap Chinese things which I have no experience with . JD , kubota , Polaris , are months to get . They would really like to see one before buying it. Not sure what to do .
Instead of a new one, how's about trying a used one? Those great deals are out there, just look around a bit for them.
Where? Example? The few that I see for sale used are far from a great deal, the current shortage notwithstanding...
I looked for used , found a Ranger 500 that was 4 years old for $9600 . Sold the next day . Used prices are ridiculous. Good news tho , found a dealer in Northern Mi that had a new Polaris Ranger 500. Guy ordered it months ago and just backed out . $10,600. They bought it .
IME, last year there was lots of $$ interest rates were zero and a lot of toys were purchased but not paid for.. Most don’t plan ahead, as gas and groceries go UP … toys will come will get sold
Mini truck wouldn’t fit thru the narrow trails unfortunately. I was extremely lucky finding a new ranger.
Not sure on that one. The DNR has gates up here on some trails limiting access so anyone with jeeps or 4wd can't get through them. I drive right through without so much as a close call. 5' wide just he same as the ranger. With the mini truck, you can have a dump box (elec) and same size engines as UTV (660cc three cylinder) auto or manual transmission. Now get this.....AC and heat along with wipers horn blinkers headlights mirrors locking axles 4WD high and low. Everything needed to make it street legal.
Oh ok. You had said "great deal". As of two years ago when I prchased my Can Am that new one is retail, the four year old one is 1k less. Unless I'm mis-reading...
