SKEETER McCLUSKEY those look fantastic Fish taco Tuesday! Caught these flounder on sunday morning and turned em into tacos tonight. After eating like a pig all weekend i decided to at least try and eat a little healthier and baked them. Served them with a cilantro lime slaw.

Put some eggs and cream in blender,poured in greased tin,add peppers and onions and crumbled bacon,asiago Romano parmesan shaved,and some chives
I'm not big on chicken breast,but some showed up here....so I beat them down...season/ dip in Louisiana chicken fry wit some corn starch....edit...i brined them in pickle juice for about 5 hrs
