I’ll have that Sherpa after dinner for you. I have a couple other trucks to get loaded after a bit.

Lawn is mowed, it’s cooling down, supper is over. King is working on his t-bone now.

Lol, I just came in from doing a bit of that myself but no cigar. No worries with the breeze here, it’s gusting to 30+mph, temps in the upper 80’s. Dirt & debris swirling everywhere. I am having some grub then off to load beans, I bet it will be nice & cool cleaning that grain bin out… Then back home to make pudding & popcorn for two of the granddaughters & a cigar after they go to bed.

Just sat down on the patio with me lady. Nice company and a tasty cigar.

Got home from vacation last night about 530. We drove from Nebraska to Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Stay with some friends in Kentucky on the way and drove home in two days. 1410 miles from our condo to our house in Stromsburg, Nebraska. Would’ve liked to reach out to Kevin, aka Chvymn99 in KC on the way but short on time. Was a good trip, and a very nice beach vacation with my family. I did visit Far East cigars in Myrtle Beach. It was a nice shop, and I picked up a few Tabaks

Family picture was at the big lake in Kentucky on the way down. Kentucky is beautiful country

Very nice smiles...every one of youse!

How do you like the VS cigars? I have never had a good one of them and quit trying them years ago.

Had an oliva V maduro this evening while riding the mower. Nice.

This one smoked well. Not a strong flavor, but that was ok tonight. Good smoke, easy draw, and the wife approved.
She wasn’t a fan when my first order showed up in the mail, but has since come around and enjoy sitting with me when I get the chance to sit a spell and enjoy a cigar. Had a couple on vacation. One tabak especial on our little condo balcony, and another on the beach while catching some rays our last full day there.

Another nice evening on the patio. The wind finally calmed down somewhat. Took my middle daughter to help take down and fold up flags from around town and the cemetery. Name and what war or time period said veteran was from. It was good to work along side many from our community and teach my daughter how to fold a flag and what this day is about.

So what are you gents lighting your stogies with ?
I am using fluid refined 3 - 5 times & finding that it makes the cigars better because they don’t have the fluid taste as opposed to using an off the shelf cheap lighter & getting that taste.

I use these for about 90% of the lights I need. I also have a single torch and triple torch lighter that burns much hotter.....some sort of special gas lighters that I will use on occasion as well as just regular wooden kitchen matches.

I have a handfull of the torch lighters that I have never even filled and fired up due to what I call the inconvenience and unreliability of them.

Must just of been the Bics I was using. I use a couple smaller cheap triple torches that seem to work well if I keep them cranked up but they are hot that way.
