Completely degreased. Stripped with various wire wheels on electric drill. Repainted and new decals put on. Nice, pre-emissions tractor. Ford 3-point hitch sickle mower included.
I just had a guy e-mail me and tell me to swap the front tires. I guess I put them on the wrong side when I put them back on!
Some people mount them that way on purpose...gives you half a chance at backing out of a "loss of traction" situation when you have directional tires. I have the dual pneumatic drive tires (ag tread) on my little forklift mounted so the inner tire is forward and the outer is backwards...works out well. Good luck with the sale...looks like a nice unit! What's the price?
NOW $17,500! A new Boomer 45 with loader is more than double that. A new 6’ sickle is 5K + (depends on brand/quality). Then add taxes to everything. We’ll see what happens. If I can’t make a decent profit for all my hard work then I’ll have a good looking tractor to work with.
For the $17,500 price I will include this 84” or 7 foot, Very Heavy Duty, King Cutter, three point hitch rear blade that rotates and tilts.
That's a nice looking tractor for sure, I'd buy it if it wasn't gonna cost me half the purchase price in fuel to come get it.
