buzz-saw fired up the mill this morning and we sliced up some cedar and a mulberry log. Cedar was in length and the longest weve run through it. Always an enjoyable time.
Nice work gentlemen Any plans for the cedar yet? Outdoor planter boxes? Siding for the saw mill building that buzz-saw doesn't know he's building yet?
Funny you say both of these things. I was going to make a small planter box for the deck to put a rose bush in that the wife just picked up ( got to keep her happy ) and a roof/building is already a topic of discussion and will be my next project , BRAD and I were talking about that yesterday. It is like you have a crystal ball. Will it tell you what the next saw is that BRAD is going to buy??
Our dear friend buZZsaw BRAD doesn't know it yet either, but an MS660 is in his future. He's going to make the mistake of browsing in the OPE dealer soon, and a screaming deal will be waiting for him there. His logical mind will try to fight the temptation, his back will scream at him just thinking of ø40" logs, but in the end the shiny new toy will find its way into his stable
Funny you say that. An idea was tossed around to use it for a mill building timbers. Something like yours. Most of it was made into boards.
Did you mention my name and "logical mind" in the same sentence...well paragraph? I found a smoking deal on an 18 months old 661c couple weeks ago on FBM and in Cheshire. I actually sent the link to buzz-saw to show him. Cool saw to own, but i showed self restraint.
