One of our sleds unfortunately. Jugs are scuffed too. Believe the oil pump was the culprit. 2002 with just under 1k on the odometer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
We have had our tractor since 2007, been through all kinds of thick stuff getting firewood logs......then this afternoon, on fairly clear ground, I drove over a small tree top, 1 limb just had to go inside the rim and catch the lift arm...... Broke the metal valve stem......of course, it was full of water too... Hope to get it fixed and back on in the morning, got lots more trees to cut and load.
Ah these lovely springtime Michigan roads! Noticed my hydraulic fluid tank was sitting a little cockeyed....no wonder
Yup, intake side skirt scuffing like that is usually loss of lubrication...if it was more so on the exhaust side, and piston top looks "fried" then that's lean fuel mixture.
It is if they catch them (I assume). So he goes to trail then possibly a short stay in the Pen and us lucky tax payers get a $150,000 bill! No place in my heart for a thief, I won't complain about the money spent to house them in jail, But let's skip the trial!
