Picked up a "lot" of one man's junk is another man's treasure this past weekend. I was after the ATC70, but the guy made me take all of his junk in the way....

With the lot, I got an old Bolens chainsaw. I'm told it runs well but probably needs a bit if TLC and a chain. Can't imagine this thing is worth much as the new saws are night and day safer, easier to use, and more efficient but I would like to sell it.

Does anyone know what this might be worth or does anyone have any interest in it? If someone here collects or needs this for parts, I'll sell it to a good home for very very cheap. Otherwise, I'd like to get top dollar on marketplace.

....oh darn I forgot to get a complete photo of the saw. Ill post up the proper photo later this evening.

Very fond memories of an ATC70. My best friend had one growing up and we had lots of fun with it. We had a little around the woods "race" track and we'd take turns acting like we were being chased buy the fuzz. Hours and hours of enjoyment.

Couldn't agree more. The ATC70 was my very first true offroad vehicle (after a few riding lawn mowers and homemade gocarts). My siblings and I had an absolute blast riding it. 25 years and atleast 15-20 offroad machines later, I finally got my hands on another for a fair price to have my son learn on when he gets a bit bigger.

My dad brought one home in pieces he had found for free from a friend and my cousin and I (around age 10) reassembled and managed to get it running all on our own. Incredible experience for a youngster and we had to "work" for it.

As much as I'd love to hand my son a perfectly restored shiny trike someday, I intend to work with him and fix it up as a project so he has a greater appreciation for it and learning experience like I did.

Right now, my son is only 8 months old so its gonna be a few years....

Actually it was a steal of a price - but I was honest with the seller. I even told him it was too cheap - he didn't care - wanted the junk out of his way

Would anyone be able to provide an estimated value of the saw?

    Thanks!

Stuff like that around here is definitely wall hanger status, probably lucky to sell it for 20 bucks.
