Live from the Backwoods Savage Spring GTG

That was a bunch of fun seeing what that tractor could do. That's an impressive little machine. I'm so happy we got the chance to work it and hang out for a bit.

 

Yep, that saw was really something. Lest anyone get the wrong impression when they see the video, T.Jeff Veal wasn't being sneaky either. He told me exactly what that saw was before we started.

 

Got home with no drama, now catching up.

A big thank you to metalcuttr and walt for donating the gifts. I will truly enjoy them. Also, thanks for the warm welcomes and great food. Also, thanks Adam and Kevin for running the MS660 and helping to sort out the fuel problems.

 

We purchased a $150 dorm fridge… we will get by. Problem was the fridge decided to die the morning we had to leave town to take care of business.

 

Fuel problems?

 

Kevin thinks either fuel line, impulse line or fuel filter first and after that carb kit. He also gave me advise on how to diagnose the fuel line/filter. Thirsty beast is not getting enough fuel for wide-open. My ears would never catch that.

 

Trying pictures again some may be posted more than once.

 

Used two phones and laptop finally got pictures loaded. Order is messed up and lost a few trying to shuffle them from phone to phone and to the computer.

 

I love the fire picture. Nobody sitting too close.

 

Glad you all had a great time. I 'm bummed I wasn't able to get there this year. Food looked AWESOME. I'm sure tons of wood got processed and Dennis is sleeping in for a few days... LOL

Hoping next year nothing keeps me away.
