    Dropped and bucked 6 red oaks today. All but one was 261 work. The bigger one that was better suited to the 500 made me remember why I bought her. OMG. I love the 261's power to weight ratio but the 500 is just an animal. The 540 got some work today too. It was a good mix. I have a couple more to drop tomorrow then the splitter gets to work. I hope this gets me into heaven taking care of mom like this... ;)

    Havent run my 500 in a while. 462 & 400 kinda pushed it aside. Ill have the same reaction when i cut again with it.

    What a great thread.
    CL score. Guy said it ran well last year, didn’t even try to start it this year.
    Just has a layer of shed dust on it.
    Recoil is a little funky.
    What ever your guessing Sandhillbilly , it was less than that.

    New Saw Saturday!
    Little something going on in an otherwise very nice 272xp piston. Came with a near enough to new Husqvarna Bar and Chain. Saw is complete
    The 335xp was part of the package. It’s missing the coil and plug wire. Otherwise looks in very good shape.
