I went and had a look now that you gave me the name. When I first saw your picture, I thought it might be a trillium but I didn't realize they came in such dark colours.
I may not have anything blooming outside yet, but my Thanksgiving cactus decided to give an encore presentation: In NH, there are a lot of people experiencing this with Thanksgiving and Christmas cacti this year according to the pictures I've seen on the local TV station's uLocal FB page (general link, not to any specific post). Gotta admit, I thought that they were not remembering that they had Easter cacti but my plant is disabusing me of that notion. I don't know if this phenomena is because of the excessive amount of overcast days we've had this spring, but it is a welcome sight.
Lovely colour, bogieb . I haven't check any of mine to see if they are blooming. I think Mom has one blooming now.
Always exciting when I see the Paw Paws I pollinated bare fruit. If they survive they will be the size of a small fist and ripen in August
Is that what y’all call rhododendron? Regardless, a wonderful and beautiful sight at the change from April to May.
