I'm starving already. We have 3 more hours until Easter dinner. I was going to grill a pile of Elk steaks, we have over 4 elk still in the freezer. Family wanted to get rid of a turkey, so that is what is on the smoker.
That looks awesome, I did my first double smoked glazed ham on my pellet grill for this past Christmas and it was a huge hit, will never cook it in the oven again
