Regency i2400 insert was in the house I bought it 2013. Ran it for 7 years and moved. Not sure what the next one will be, need to build the house first.
Dad had a Fisher Grandma that heated the house just fine from the basement. We cut and split wood together starting in the early 70’s till he past in 2008. I moved out in 75 but loved going home and helping with the firewood hoarding. We built our present home in 2009 and moved dads Fisher to our new home in the walkout basement and it did great heating our new home for a number of years then got moved to the barn I built for storing my tractor and wood processing equipment. We replaced it with a Harman tl300 that we still use now. I will say the HARMAN was a big disappointment but after many hours of practice we figured out how to get great burns out of it. Looking to replace it in the next year or so with a Jotul .
