Good afternoon everybody. 45 currently.
Had run out to the pump room and in the process came across deer. Just trotted away. Went across the road and stopped and watched us for a moment. Then went on it's way.

 

Good eve Jeff and everyone. I am on the band wagon with wanting winter to be over. Other than that things are ok. @Mollys grand kitty is doing great.

 

The snow can go away anytime now. I can work with the cold, but not with snow covered wood.

Good morning everyone! A warm rain this weekend will help melt the snow. It will be so exciting to see green shoots!
Husband is taking a trip out west to visit a friend. Tomorrow morning I'll be dropping him off at the Boston airport at 4:30A. I'll miss him!
While he's gone, my car will get a new bumper.
My poor tenant down in Cambridge hasn't been able to use his kitchen sink for weeks, because of a leak in the drain stack that floods lower units. It's finally getting repaired, but now the building management wants to replace all the pipes in the building this summer. It's an older building. I kinda wish I had sold this unit at the same time I sold my mom's.

50's here for the weekend, with rains.

 

Morning All. Looks like it is clearing off for a bit. More rain in the forecast. Our youngest daughter and family are staying three days on a ski hill and it looks like they have been getting rain. Our grandson is learning to snowboard. He looks pretty good doing it.
Well, I got the job posting so I guess there is no working when I want to. It will last to the end of June unless the person I am replacing returns.

Well, that's good and bad. Nice to get extra income, but does cut in on vacation time or doing things when you want...

 

My phone was about dead Monday night, you would have been proud of me. I had fed the cats late, after I got home from work. When I came back to the house from the woodshed, the ugly kitty was enjoying the buffet, I slowly walked up to it, had a small stick in my hand that I was taking in the house. I started to rub it's back, it just sat there, rubbed its head and then under the chin, it seemed to enjoy that. It finally got down and ran off...

It's my Friday...woo hoo...taking tomorrow off, got to get our covid test, finish last minute packing, get the keys to our neighbor Mike, he checks on the place and feeds the kitties, check in with our pastor and his wife, what time and if all the luggage will fit...lol...hope to ride in 1 car. Leave Friday for NO...
Say a little prayer for Miz Carol, think she got the stomach bug last night.

I am enjoying the job and I knew it would be more of a commitment than what I have been doing the last three months. The expectations are now a little higher than when I was just on call. In some ways it is easier and I can plan out my projects a bit more. I just feel bad that it is because someone isn't well that I got the opportunity to go back to work again.
