Decided to let this go. Haven't used it as much as I was planning. First, here's what it is... Here are photos of the mods I did. Machine sells for around $2000... asking $1500 obo. PM me if interested. Hitch designed and installed, clearing the gear box... 1/4" Delrin belly pan... goes under axles and keeps machine up on top of snow much better. If the machine broke down through snowpack, the axles would stop it instantly... Few pics on snow... Asking $1500 obo. PM me if interested.
There you go Brad! I bet you could get some good use out of that with many of your scrounges. Get this instead of the 400, you got plenty of saws and it will allow you to get some of the stuff you’ve been passing up due to accessibility. Paint the side panels a cream color and we’ll call it the “@buZZsaw BRAD badass creamsicle cart”
Im thinking in my woods. Not a boatload of wood there, but it can be a PITA to get it out with wheelbarrow. This would allow me to get it all. It is the right color. I can see it plastered with STIHL stickers! Some additional work to hold a saw or three. Problem is he is several hours away and i have no place to store it.
If it were a BL scrounge it wouldn't be too far, would it?! I bet you can find a handyman in your neighborhood to build you a lil shed for it...
Ive wanted to build a shed, but landlord and wife are 80+ and son says when they pass he is selling and we're probably out, so would rather not spend anything here.
a walk behind version of Woodsnwoods half track. Kinda miss seeing that. The coolest wood hoarding machine.
One of you folks should just buy it before the guberment gets all of your money in taxes & inflation. I have already been fleeced this year so I am out. It looks rather handy & would be a good scrounging/gardening tool for someone. Good luck with your sale.
Wonder how much crating and shipping to VA would cost…? Fire Flake needs a better wheelbarrow to get wood to the basement door.
