    well I loaded up and headed out for some cutting but it was a no go. Huge water/ice puddles where I needed to go through to get to my cutting area.

    yooperdave , we had some crazy winds here today from every direction, our flag was straight out with a wind from the west and five minutes later we had a wall of snow coming out of the woods from the south, you couldn't see any trees.

    Accu has a low for our area hitting - 4 so the wood stove is burning down coals and the pellet stove has one bag in it and running for the overnight heat.

    Winds calm fkbs in the stove.
    We've had a nice patch of warm weather, tho it has snowed plenty.
    I'm beginning to get tired of this much snow. This is why I don't live in Valdez.

    15/71 ash & bl. 10 day crystal ball shows temps all over the place, from highs of 60 to lows in teens. Need to bring some wood down today while ground is frozen. Might be last haul for this season.
