Wind came up last night. By this morning the east half of the state was closed and we had gusts of 65 mph and the blowing snow had visibility to maybe 1/4 mile. Once the wind settles down we drop down into the -20°F range for a week. I'm really getting tired of winter.
We were forecast to get 45, but I don’t think we got above 25. I’m surrounded by big trees so every wind sounds extra coming through the trees. I feel like crap though because I couldn’t go back to sleep. 50/50 chance my phone rings after wind.
What kind of storm did yall.have? Thunderstorms, just wind? Do you work for the phone company, or do phone companies just call and tell people to stay home over there? Or are you going to buy the phone company cause they told you to?
