Ok Denny, here is the scoop.

Her chair, as equipped would be $2000 if bought new and unblemished. Because it had a blemish somewhere it was around $500 at the company store. My wife's discount off that blem price is 50%. So she paid roughly $250 before tax on that chair. The baseline version of that chair is currently around $900 new from the maker. So basically you get 50% off the company store price. She has to buy it with her badge then we can square up back at our place.

I've been meaning to mention this already last week. The crows are back. You can see them gathering together....must be picking out their girlfriends.

Also, I measured the snow depth in the yard yesterday. 27" in a undisturbed area.

I took two pics but they came out blurry....must have had too much glare from the sunshine on the snow.

I grilled t-bone steaks and prepped the lobster tails for Valentine's day dinner.

We had a great bottle of Cabernet to go with dinner. My wife's uncle sent us the Cabernet and a zinfandel from the California winery we visited in September when we stayed with them. That was a great across America dinner. Beef from the heartland, Maine lobster, and California wine.

I heard a barred owl tonight letting the pup out.

They have that iconic " who cooks for you" call. February apparently is owl mating season.

I read a family of owls will eat a ton of mice! Like 2-4/night.

We hear them around here frequently. A couple different ones talking back and forth.

I’ve heard screech owls that make me run like hell. Then I have to laugh at myself when I figure out what made that scream.

I feel the wind off the wings of owls and the 0ver 2.5 foot tall standing red tail hawk when brush hogging fields. Apparently they have learned a lot of free lunches run into cut grass that easy pickings

sensing their wings on back of your neck is a :startled:and:jaw: moment

2:30 an no bogieb or Dennis just my luck

I think I looked at that chair too and it looks comfy. I just don't need a tiltable headrest or a leg rest. I never sit all the way back in a chair, and well, I'm not supposed to be kicking back and napping while I'm working :D

What a great offer. I think that trying them out first would be great for Dennis. What some people find comfortable, I can't stand and obviously vice versa

Case in point - I've hated the knee tilts in my last two vehicles (bought used), I can't get them right and it causes me leg pain. I'd rather just the regular straight seat - I never had leg pains in those. I actually think I have the current truck dialed in correctly, but when I take my vehicle to the shop, the techs always eff with the settings, and I'm back to fiddling with it.
