    Your picture reminds me, I took this picture at a gift shop just outside of Petrified Forest National Park. That is a petrified tree, they sure had to do some shoving to get it in there.

    That’s a VW Dasher. I had one of those junks in high school for a winter beater one winter. $100, if you turned on the headlights it would stall. Drive in the dark and when you met a car turn em on and push the clutch. When you got by turn em off and dump the clutch and keep going. It unfortunately gave up when we were jumping frost heaves. Downshifted from 4 to 1 by mistake at about 60. It didn’t like it.
