Great video indeed! I watched a couple of your other videos, among just about ever other video out there, when I was deciding to purchase mine. I got to use it for the first time this morning. Great machine so far I don’t regret the purchase! I wish I could say my customer service experience with Paul was the same though.
Sorry to hear that. In the 10-11 years I've had mine I've called a few times with questions and Paul usually answered the phone, then talked me through the question/answer. I know his son Connor runs that part of the business now.
I appreciate the sentiment but don’t be sorry. It’s not your fault I had a bad customer service experience. I actually talked with Connor quite a bit. He was very helpful. Paul not so much. The problem centered around the table not fitting correctly. Seems like something they would want to fix asap since so many folks have had an issue with it. I don’t want to say more about it. I don’t want to disparage a person who isn’t here to defend himself. I still think it’s a great machine!
I apologize for the derail sirbuildalot but I feel compelled to follow up on this. Turns out I spoke too soon about my experience with Paul. Today a package showed up from super split with a maintenance kit in it as an apology. The kit contains springs, bushings, bump stops, etc. Basically replacements for all the wear items on the machine. Anyway I thought I needed to set the record straight and say I was too hasty with my conclusion.
