I don’t have anything that originally ran on kero, but my WD6 will be just like the MD….. when I ever get around to working on it.:(

This is one of many, my dad's JD 630, running a friends circular mill before we bought our Woodmizer. PA190244.JPG PB290424.JPG PB290425.JPG

Even though I’m a Red guy the 620/30 and 720/30 tractors are pretty cool!
I’d like to own a 730 diesel pony start one day.
    Better save my pennies!

Neighbor has (had?) 2 or 3 of those...I think it was a 720/30 tricycle, and a 820 wide front end...haven't seen them in a long time, but pretty sure they are still around...

Another for today, Dads 430 JD Crawler, bought from a logging operation in the UP, tracks were so loose all turns had to be WIDE.

Full resto from undercarriage through engine & body. Not sure why he never put the JOHN DEERE on the hood, these pics are old, haven't had that much snow in a long time. 430 Crawler.jpg

I’ve been MIA from the forum for a while. Figured I’d throw some pics of the latest disasters…I mean projects….
Late 70’s Farmi/Normet JL306 I picked up a week or so ago. Been looking for the exact model and ended up finding one! IMG_0152.jpeg

1941 IH model LA throttle governed engine to run my corn sheller. IMG_9705.jpeg

Full engine rebuild for my Cub over summer. Had a cracked block and was leaking oil faster than you could add it.

Had to do some grill repairs so didn’t have a picture of it with it on.
Traded my Super C for a 1957 Farmall 230. She’s whipped, but I’ve always wanted one so I couldn’t resist!

Pressure washed and in the garage to start work on it for the winter. Made some progress so far… both axles need bearings and seals. So fixing things along the way… IMG_9948.jpeg IMG_9947.jpeg IMG_0020.jpeg IMG_9990.jpeg IMG_0061.jpeg IMG_0154.jpeg

I really need to make myself a good splitting stand for working on these things. I’ve got a love for the narrow front ends and they make things real interesting when you start removing wheels.
