That was a Gnocchi casserole, it was so good we made it twice. Gnocchi, 3 different cheeses, loose sweet italian sausage with sauce.
That's good fellow wood hoarders. Atleast we are in the same boat. Sad thing is I'm the only one in neighbor hood that burns wood. Last time we had a power outage and all the neighbors where going to shelter and 1 asked aren't you going. Laughed and told them it was 78 degrees in my living room. Now that I think about it they probably don't even realize the wood smoke coming out my chimney. Probably think I have a dirty oil furnace.
Best breed of dogs ever in my opinion. They are great hunting dogs and when you get home from hunting they curl up on the couch with you. Extremely smart, too smart for their own good sometimes. LOL
