Hey, maybe I am missing the text. ?? At any rate, nice photos of various foods but it is hard for me to guess what might be between those buns under the tomato, lettuce, et. al. Many of your photo posts do not seem to contain any text. ??

I am actively looking for ideas (idears depending on where a person lives   ) but need a little steering to know what I am looking at.

Low carb , yeah I get that. I am on a low carb diet myself so I can relate.
Always looking for something new to keep me on track.
Yes sir for a cold and windy day that is a homerun.

Great- I do and I suspect many others will appreciate it.

No problem asking questions but they would all end up being 'What is that' with the occasional 'How did you cook / smoke / bake it?'. Not asking for the pig's name or anything, just a quick description. :D:yes: Most everything you post looks outstanding (seriously!) but all of us looking on cannot even attempt it if we do not know what it is. So yeah, just a few words would be fantastic and again, thanks!

You ask different questions than I do. For example I would ask:

When is the last time the cat went to the range to shoot the Glock? Or did you have to put chains on the tires of the Lonestar to prevent it from slipping on the ice and potential certain disaster? Or did you have to get help from Larua Jean of Bobby Joe to put that piece of meat on the grill? Or how did the precipitation on the lid of the Weber affect the cook time of an unladen swallow?

he could be spending ALL day on his descriptions!!!

Well, I shant be asking about the cat shooting the Glock- that would be an awful story. I mean even cats have enough dignity to shoot something respectable. I own several myself but I certainly do not mention that in polite company.  1911's are a completely different matter of course, and a <real> pistol.

Yep, one line of text so we know what it is. For example, the unami burger.... I had to look up unami but at least I could track that down. Before that post, it appeared to be a burger bun with tomato, lettuce, stuff, other stuff, non- descript stuff and perhaps, more stuff.

Tomorrow I will be smoking St. Louis ribs. The meat will be pork ribs combined with heat and smoke. See? One line.....

I wouldn’t say that to the cat. Might end poorly..

Looks delicious and I can't help but notice that once again it is served on your finest China " and " on a beautiful tablecloth this time.
I like the black tupperware as well , I am very partial to that particular brand.

Do you not trust the cat? I see there is a big square hole in the bottom of it that has nothing in it.
