Staying a stagnant low thirties next couple days. Looking at the storm, it appears it is either afraid of, it dislikes Indiana

Central NY is getting a cold snap. -5 this morning and a high of 5 today. They’re estimating-30 with the windchill. -10 predicted for Saturday night. I brought in a load of some large split Beech and Honey locust. Keeping my house a comfortable 75 upstairs and 80+ in the basement (where the Fisher is).

26F / 74F ... Just reloaded with Silver maple. Brought two buckets of this stuff up with the tractor last night. So far we have enough snow to cover the grass... Not really enough to push. But I probably will just because...

-3 in Western MA this morning and blowing 8-10 currently. Woke up to 68 after an 8 hour burn of white oak and black birch. Reloaded with 6 red maple and paper birch smalls for a quick hot fire at 5:30. Hanging in around 70 and will need to do another load in an hour or so. I'll be putting a lot of wood through the furnace today since it's only going up to 14 and back down below zero tonight with a decent breeze. Things are supposed to normalize tomorrow...

19 when I got up at 3:30 and 12 MPH wind gusting to 20+, not going to change much. Went out with the small single stage blower for a bit and guessing 4" snow. About ready to head back out and try out the tractor and blower for the first time this season.

Good Morning! When I got up around 6 this morning it was zero outside. Started the fire with ash and have now transitioned to beech and red oak. With a storm predicted Sunday night (8"-14") this will be rinse, lather, repeat.

The pup is keeping an eye on things.
