today’s take from the same spot. More ash than anything else this load. Decided to take the trailer to reduce trips . Trailer is 7-14 about 3/4 full, pretty much maxed out for weight. Got it all home, lots of stacking to do now!
Won’t be in the trailer long, got to get it back to its storage spot. I way overdressed for the weather, it was low 30’s and sunny, for some reason I thought I needed coveralls on. I got one heck of a sweat on! Great weather for CSS though.

Wow, yall are cold! It's in the 70s here in VA. Crazy weather. Fed cows earlier and had to turn on the ac in the JD. Pretty sure I've never had to do that on January 1st. But supposed to be in the 30s Monday. But thank goodness no temps like yalls!

Christmas day 1979. I was in high school. My cousin was on the phone. I lived in San Diego and we were having hot air blow in from the desert to the East. It was 80 F. My cousin lived in Philadelphia and they just got 3 ft of snow dumped on them, temps in the teens. So Im telling him about our 80 F weather, that I'm wearing shorts, planning to play football the next day. So he starts trying to brag on Philly weather, mounds of snow, cant go anywhere, etc., and he stops mid sentence and he's quiet. After a couple seconds he says "You win."
Well. I should have known better than to post that...I dun gone and jinxed myself. As they said on GOT, Winter is coming! 60s today, dropping over night to near freezing and snow by 7-8 am, with 3-6 inches forecast, and tomorrow night low of 12. Yep, snowmageddon! Yall will laugh, but that's a decent snow for us, luckily it's been warm so the roads shouldn't be bad, at least to begin with. We got the robocall this afternoon that schools are closed tomorrow.
