By popular request, here are some pics of tonight's rabbit gnocchi. Just the rabbit in butter with sage. Just before I added mushrooms. The gnocchi, just after I covered it with Brie. And the finished dish. Was very good. Rabbit is better in this dish than either chicken or duck.
Looks great Adam and I'm very impressed by the short turn-around time. That's about as fresh as meat gets. Nicely done.
Tomorrow we are having rabbit wings (and hind quarters) on the grill. Really looking forward to that.
