Under-trained, under-paid and under-supervised government workers for sure, but there needs to be some accountability. I hope Jose is awarded all that he can over this unnecessary event. Shame on the four guards for what appears to be an over-reaction on their part! And that begs the question: Why do you need four guards at a identification check point in El Paso, Texas, USA? Maybe that many guards may be necessary in a war zone overseas somewhere, but not in the USA. Just my $0.02
