    Next question.
Why? Why did the officer pull his cuffs out over an ID? Then shove him around and through the metal detector. He didn't seem to resist.
Is there more to this story?

I don't know and I wish I could hear the communication between them. All I know is a BIG Lawsuit will be on the horizon...

Under-trained, under-paid and under-supervised government workers for sure, but there needs to be some accountability. I hope Jose is awarded all that he can over this unnecessary event. Shame on the four guards for what appears to be an over-reaction on their part! And that begs the question: Why do you need four guards at a identification check point in El Paso, Texas, USA? Maybe that many guards may be necessary in a war zone overseas somewhere, but not in the USA.
    Just my $0.02 :usa:

Looks like those guards were watching Road House the night before.

Government abuse is a form of tyranny. There should not be two sets of laws in this country. One set for government elites and another set for you and I. I hope he sues them 5 ways from Sunday and wins big.
