Put on a new .325 Carlton chain a few days ago. So far it seems to be doing well after two small pickup loads of wood. Right out of the box it may not be as sharp and aggressive as some others but it is holding its edge well. Another thing I appreciate is there hasn’t been hardly any stretching. It is still as tight on the bar as when I put it on.

I have and am using some Woodland Pro chain from Baileys that is supposed to be Carlton brand and I like it just fine.

Couple seasons ago I found a deal on 2 loops of Carlton. It's been great. I put it right there with Oregon LGX, maybe a little harder as it holds an edge a bit more.

I use Carlton ( Woodland Pro ) quite a lot . As said above , a bit harder than Oregon ,holds a decent edge . It’s a whole lot less than Stihl ,and there’s not that great of a difference in performance for me to justify the cost penalty .
