Good afternoon all. Was 23 this morning with fog. Good frost on the windshields. Fog finally finished lifting about 11.
Molly is there a pumpkin patch around you. Might be able to get some from them.

I stopped by a garden center that had several big wooden bins full of pumpkins, right by the road. Are they on sale? Noooo....
That's alright, I found some more at the dump today.

 

Good morning everyone! Have to set the stage for tomorrow. Rake up a big pile of leaves in the back yard, set up some rounds in a line, and arrange the pumpkins on top of them. Then we'll be ready for leaf pile jumping and pumpkin chopping!
I scored some free birch yesterday, two car loads. Still have to get the second load out of my car. I have accumulated quite a bit of wood to split in the cold weather.
Fall has finally arrived, after that summery October. Been having a fire every day.

Good morning all.
25 in Southern Vermont.
Today is cleaning up the pumpkin patch and prepping the old blue truck for a photo shoot for a local photographer tomorrow.
Possibly playing with the new to me 261. It has a slight bog on trigger pull and chain needs some good attention to sharpening.

Then looks like cleaning out her Highnesses flower beds. After she gets off work to supervise of course.

Morning All. In the middle of the night when Shadow got me up so she could go outside, it was pouring rain. Got up this morning and I think we will get sunshine for part of the day. It has been raining all week. It has been a busy week so today is rest day.

Paul's letter to the Hebrews has lots of encouraging words for them and us.

Chaz is going to work on the stove pipe today. Realized when we had the roof done it ended up out of wack.

No I havent done anything with her clothing in the bathroom closet and the bedroom that is a mess. I let her do whatever she wanted in there. I am staying in the living room on a twin bed until spring. Id like to think I can get started on it some time before to long but we will see. Then there is a office / craft room that she had. Did I tell you she saved everything. I think im going to start with the bathroom first and yes there are some things Im not going to part with.

 

I been wanting a cat and it would be great to have your help picking one out.

Maybe.. I had a look in one of many file cabinets a bit a go but it sure is going to take me a long time because as you no we need to look at everything before it gets put in the trash.

We've had a string of sunny, crisp days. Perfect fall weather.
The stage is set for this afternoon! Leaf pile on the left. I can feel the raking in my back.
The pumpkin chunks will go in the compost afterwards.
