    Gave the ole' faithful stove a little love earlier this fall (a good fall cleaning and all new gaskets). Today was the 1st chance for a fire. 3 yo White Oak just fired the secondary's off nicely,

    No since saving it, I've got 7 cords of it, and not a stick of pine in my shed.

    I lit off my 30 yesterday in the basement getting ready to enjoy a relaxing day. Then, phone rings and company is on it's way......... It was a nice visit.

    We lit up last night too.
    This is only our third fire this fall.
    We'll burn straight thru till the next 50 degree day.
    We have been letting the oil furnace run a little
