What about those saws!!..lol......I don't normally take Elm but it blew down with the Cherry so there it is. Another thought on Elm, if you can get by the splitting issues it is some descent burning wood.
Pass on the saws... And... not so fast my friend (on the elm). Both experiences for me produced nasty large clinkers.
Red oak/Suger Maple/dead Ash are my heavy hitters, I don't burn a lot of Elm but when I do its usually mixed in and have not seen the issue with the clinkers. nice saw you have there.. Peace
