    About 38F outside and calling for snow tonight here in Michigan. I love my wood stove and the heat it provides but I love my summer camp fires even more. Only 217 more days til summer...

    Welcome to the forum Scottiechop. Do you live in the north?

    I did see a very brief burst of snow yesterday that was mixed with some rain when showers moved through along with some wind. Typically we see snow showers develop normally around the 5th to the 10th of November most years.

    I would probably be looking forward to summer if I lived in MI as well. But I live in the south, summers are no fun in my opinion. I live for October-May. Don't get me wrong, there is plenty of fun to be had in the summer, especially considering I am a school teacher. But the weather get a little oppressive at times.
