I've been away from here for awhile, and I'm shocked that this is still a work in progress. Starting to think it's not the stoves fault here...
And why no periscope jokes? I can't be the only one to think that?

When I bought pipe like that there was an install manual in the box I’d follow them.

I know there is a recommendation for a roof guy every so much distance in height; I can probably find that on the net. I was wondering what the guys on here thought?

My stack extends ~6ft up from my roof. No guys or stand offs.

Thank you. Yes, I have that information on hand; came with the through-the-wall kit. However, my situation is a bit different if you will look at the photo I supplied of my chimney. My question was if I needed to add an additional roof guy support or would the one I already have installed will be sufficient? I am currently waiting until my BIL can find the time to help me; it is the nature of begging for help.

My brother-in-law said that he would have time Monday or Tuesday of this week. So hopefully it is going to happen. I hope adding the three foot section improves on the smoke spillage of the stove.
