    Dropped off the kittens and little mom to their new home last night so it's sure quiet around the house today. Seemed like a great home for them.

    Good morning y'all. A nice 42° this morning, 66° inside. We made it back from Alabama about 5:30PM. WEe picked up a twin bed for our 4 yr old grandson in Rome, on the way back. His little brother climbed out of his baby bed Monday night and fell, so when we got home it was swapping beds around at their house.
    Got a busy couple days ahead. Need to deliver 2 pickup loads of dry hickory and finish/deliver the trailer load to Macon. Have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY.

    Morning All. It is dark outside and it is 6:30 AM. Very windy yesterday and we are supposed to get rain today. Mom has to catch a ferry tomorrow as we going down island for her dental work. Of course there is a wind warning for tomorrow morning. We will see what happens.

    Got a few things done yesterday but there were two baseball games happening. Same today. I think I will have to ignore one and keep plugging along.

    It stays dark way later than that here. It is amazing how much difference there is between here and there. Last evening as Mark and I was talking it was almost dark there but we still had plenty of sun.

    I laughed yesterday when on the phone as a herd of deer moved through. Seemed no matter where I looked yesterday there was deer. It started early. I got up from my chair before looking outside and there were 4 deer about 10' from the door. The first time I went in back with the tractor there were deer all over and they did not want to leave. Finally they decided i was staying so then walked into the woods. Not run, but walked. They don't show much fear around me, at least for another month. Then the heavy shooting starts and it can take up to 6 months for them to calm down.

    Good afternoon. Not to bad of a day. 46 to start. Been sunny and got up to 64. Chaz just got home and said a few sprinkles out. Going for a run with the dog anyways.
    Glad to hear you and Mark got to talk. Mark I would ask one of the mods to take your number out. It still is a public forum. All the members here are great. A lot of nonmembers still out there can see it.
