Raining outside so I thought I would clean up and hang some of dads things that put a smile on my face. I did find more that I cleaned up but this is what looked good with the blade.

    288lite I particularly like the old spears and auger tribute to your father. The metal one looks particularly well made in the fashion of the best old time spears. Do you happen to know anything of it’s origins?

    I’m pretty sure that my great grandfather made them they made everything down to their ice skates and skis

    Really nice tribute there is not a day that goes by that I do not think of my dad I have a really small shop so I do not have the wall space but this saw was dads he used it in the 1944 hurricane that hit asbury park New Jersey he and his brother cut trees off the roads he was 12 years old the rope pulley to the left was from a 4 story swing stage that they used to paint buildings JB DSCN0430.JPG

    Great tribute! I lost my mother this past June and it really sucks, especially with the holidays here.

    My wife lost her mom in January, 1st Christmas without her...:(:(
