Years back i had a customer who went to Dunkin to buy coffee one cold day. Were talking to him and he was drinking chai which i never heard of. Tried it and loved it. My helper would tease me when i sent him for a coffee run and i wanted chai. Ill have to look at the store for it next time.

Is that a tea bag or a powdered mix chai?

The Wood Wolverine I laughed when I saw the decaf selection of Celestial teas. We had a friend visit us many years ago and I served him Sleepytime tea and warned him about driving home over the 20 miles that he might feel sleepy. Next time I saw him, he didn't complain about being sleepy but instead he had to stop three times to unload some of that tea. He wouldn't drink it again.

When I was younger and deep in running construction sites I would drink coffee all day long. I was like a chain smoker always with a cup in hand. Maybe this is why I have heart problems in my old age. Now I have my coffee (Ethiopian) on the medium to weaker side with just a spot of skim milk to kill the acid and only 2 cups a day in the morning before ten. Seems to be working out ok! Does not aggravate my heart but still keeps the gut stimulated and the tubes all cleaned out!

Those are tea bags of chai. It’s ok/good for boxed tea. Nothing compares to loose leaf/fresh.

Different varieties of honey also flavor in different ways. The dark buckwheat has a molasses like quality.

I thought that honey couldn't be organic as it's regurgitated from the bee. It's an animal byproduct

For BP reasons I quit caffeine 9 months ago. So we drink decaf. For cholesterol reasons we switched from French press to drip coffee through a paper filter. For “low carb” or reduced sugar reasons we use heavy cream and sugar free syrups.

No real limits on quantity. Yet.

Decaf is common now at coffee shops and even instant. I suppose it doesn’t fix the acid/ulcer problem.

Probably because it doesn't go through their digestive tract.
