Trimmed up a rack of spare ribs and added the trimmings to some beans.

 

Well , now that looks beyond good to me.
I love beans and / or chili on my dogs with onion as well.

 

Great for low slow. Hi heat-not so much uness you have time to kill waiting.

same issue here last week cooking some ribeye and all I had was big chunks. Should hammered em a bit to get to nuclear sear temp qucker
