Morning all. 57 here this a.m. sun is out and looks like it will be a nice day. Since I have all my wood in order for the upcoming burn season not much else on the job plate today. Toss up this afternoon between the Steelers/Bills game and the Blue Jays. Looks like the remote is gonna get a workout. Everyone have a great and safe day.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SPECTACULAR SUNDAY. We got home about 8:30PM last night. Stopped for a sandwich and fries about 5 or so. Little over 200 miles from Charleston area to home. Took regular roads and enjo8 the scenery. Got church this morning, then see grands and give them the shirts we have for them.
One of the tea fields. Very interesting place. Tea bushes are close kin to camellias. For many years, Lipton owned this farm. Now, the Bigelow Tea Co, based in Connecticut owns it with another partner that lives on the farm. The top 3-5" of leaves are harvested every 18 days. They have several fields like this.
May GOD continue to watch over all of us. HE loves us all.

Hope they continue today. On my third of four days off. Got some red elm down css. Got the insert almost ready.
We went to a nice get together yesterday. Watched my buckeyes get whooped. boo

Morning All. Definitely dark this morning. Supposed to rain later today. Yesterday turned out to be quite a nice day.
Blue Jay watching this morning and then bookkeeping I guess. Hopefully some sewing room time as well.

that was a wild game alright. Might be a different story up against the Rays.

 

Yes, they have the bats but their pitching is hit or miss. The Rays will be a challenge and I am not writing off the Yankees when it comes to the wildcard race.

 

Good Monday morning. Northeast wind has started here. The cool off begins. Still gonna be 88 for the next 10 days. Everybody stay safe. Had a 61 year old friend die from COVID Thursday. He was on a ventilator for 10 days. I am yet to hear of someone making it off one of those machines.

One last assessment meeting concerning my folks and assisted living this morning. Stressful process for me. I understand the checks and balances are in place to deter fraud.

Good morning everyone! We had a thunderstorm go overhead a half an hour ago. But, the sun is supposed to be out later.
I have to do errands and prepare for a trip to Maine tomorrow. I'll spend two nights up there with my husband's oldest brother and his wife, who rented a house on the coast for a couple of weeks. It should be a lot of fun. Leaving my husband at home with the cat! (He doesn't really want to go.)
Today the chimney cleaners are coming!

Good afternoon y'all. Hope y'all are having a MARVELOUS MONDAY. Back to reality for me today, working 7AM-7PM this week. Had a low of 58° this morning, 86° now. Got men's club tonight at church, meal/fellowship and devotion. Not much for the rest of the evening.
