Was getting a good dent made on the few loads I have blocked up, and the tree service rig comes rumbling down the driveway. Fat load of oak[IMG]

Nice! I took last Friday off to cut an haul some wood. I can't think of a better way to burn a vacation day!

Looking great there. I took a vacation day today as well... but not to go on a maniacal wood processing binge. I’m in the middle of changing the front wheel hub assemblies on my wife’s Trailblazer. Not quite as much fun as what you’re doing ;)

Got it all stacked. Now I start cutting the newest load and add to Block Mountain (as the The Sweet One calls it).

    Looks awesome.
That is not only a great way to spend a day, but to see tha work of your hands for days afterward.

It will be ! All the maple will be sold next summer/fall. I would feel guilty if I sold it this season. Really green wood, the splits that had full surface contact with the ground already had white fuzz !
