    Not supposed to hit here (so they say). Just looked at weather.com and I always listen to the VHF NOAA weather radio, it appears to be headed Straight for Long Island and Connecticut/New Haven area. then run straight up Rt.91 into VT and NH. Thats what was just predicted minutes ago.

    Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SATURDAY. We had a busy day yesterday. I thought I had taken a picture of the limb before we cut it up.     Got it split and loaded on the trailer, plus more done too.
    Miz Carol still has that mother instinct...lol...had a mama cat had 3 kittens, we thought they had all died. She has since disappeared, and 1 kitten shows up. She has become Meme to the kitten. And his name is LUCKY... 0820211312a.jpg

    Mike, happy birthday!!!

    Going to spend a few hours this afternoon after work prepping for the heavy weather. Checking wood pile covers, bringing stuff in, icing coolers etc, finishing up a tree job, and maybe a minor house repair. Am prepared to be up late with headlamps if need be. Better than doing stuff in the rain sunday morning!!

    Morning All. Another day starting with heavy overcast but should lift and we see sunshine later. Shadow started the day going and barking at the neighbour's yard. I hope that didn't mean there was a bear there. There has been one roaming the neighbourhood.

    Elijah was one of two that God took directly to heaven without them experiencing death. When Jesus returns to this earth, there will be a generation of God's people that will experience the same thing. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18

    Good afternoon! Took off yesterday afternoon and picked up a trailer load of 30"x10' pallets. Got up before the heat today. Cut some logs I had staged and loaded in a rack. Hauled the splitter out and broke up some big ugly rounds that have been sitting too long. Shorts on a pallet and good stuff in the rack. Moved everything to the back with the skid steer to split and stack. Then headed in for a shower and went to a funeral. Mowing to do later. It's nap time now. Have a God day![​IMG]
