We had issues with a neighbor's runoff from heavy rains.

He had a containment system installed along the property line.

It is working


The water is currently flowing down the slope.

Looked like it might wash out there sometimes

 

Current track of Henri has it passing right over us. I sure hope it jogs to the east a bit, over the ocean.

 

the UKMET was the outlier yesterday with it going over central CT....today not so much....

 

last year the morning of Isaias i was getting 3 tons of pellets delivered and there was 4 or 5 tornado warnings in the area....busy day if your a weather spotter...lots of rotation and severe...lots of damage out of power for almost 5 days

 

All my flags are down, stored
Deck furniture stacked and strapped together
2 7gal camping jugs filled with water

Bird feeders come down tomorrow

I don't have any hatches to batten.

 

Yep.... forecasted to roll up over us.

 

Don't forget to stock up on toilet paper and batteries.................

 

We have plenty of both, already.

 

Guess who's going to be driving early Monday morning and hoping the hurricane is in a hurry to get up past us Have to leave my house a little after 6am to get to work by 7:30am. Wheels up at 8am as we will be heading down to PA to see a supplier.
