I tried it the new way of pulling off just before done....marinating them for 10 minutes then putting them back on till done. Then I used the rest of the sauce to resoak them.... What's your chili lime recipe? If you don't mind....
Looks good. Football is coming! I marinated some breasts in a brown sugar\ brandy yesterday which came out great! Boy, this smokehouse section keeps the pounds piling up! Thankfully theres a firewood gathering section, otherwise id need a dieting section!
