They are getting big. Really growing into their feet. Will they get as big as Oliver!?

This is an older vid of a coyote attack. Good thing the little fog was protected by a big dog. Hard to tell but is that big dog a Rottie?

I'm told every animal has a place and a reason. I just haven't figured out what is is for the coyote. The didn't exist around here when I was a kid, now they are even in town. Anyone with any small animal needs to be with it or have a big dog with it. I used to see cats go in and out of my yard. None now. I have cats, but they never go out. Two Himalayan cats with real short legs. About 4 lbs each.

Saw that and am surprised. I've seen cat protect kittens, but that is a first for me to see a cat protect a kid. Our three cats don't seem to protect anything, the dogs are just the opposite. We love them all just the way they are.

2 fields left stinny then will start bringing it all back to the farm.
The Boom has really taken a shine to the 4 wheeler  Now all i have to do is start the thing and he stands beside it waiting for me to let him jump on :) I have a little kneeling pad on the gas tank so his front feet dont slip off and will be rigging up something better for him today.

I did the same thing for Giz when we first got her. She was OK riding on the tank area but liked the backseat better... and, when I made the box... well, she just knew I'd made that for her so she could "lead"...

Ya boomer is the same as he will sit on the backseat but ends up under my armpit to get on the tank ;)

His back feet are on the seat which gives him a good grip but his front feet slide. Thinking maybe a piece of bathmat with good rubber under it?

When hunting season opens, I hope you and your wife are up early enough to tag them before someone else gets them.
