Got this from an arborist getting out of the business. I've cut no more than 2 cords with it. I did mod the muffler (see last pic.) It is sweet and smooth. Only reason to sell is I finally landed a ported saw and no need for 3 70cc saws, especially when 2 will be sitting on the sidelines. If I can sell local pickup, I can add in a 25" Stihl bar and 2 chains for another $100. Please PM ("start a conversation") to make a deal. If done tonight (PayPal) I can ship FedEx tomorrow evening. Kind of surprised no bites, maybe my price is too high? I would like it to stay in the FHC family, so I'll give it until Wednesday and then to AS. If prospective buyer wants a b/c with it, I have an 18" Stihl bar and a couple chains we could work out in the deal. I'd prefer to hang onto the 20"
Yeah, it's been a bit slow for everything other than pristine machinery. You probably could get top dollar for that unit with a new wrap handle and clutch cover. AS will give you a much broader audience as well. They get more people logging in in an hour than our total membership. For those that have been looking at this saw, fear not the muffler mod. The saw automatically adjusts for it so no worries as far as it being in proper tune.
It's also that time of year, have seen lots of nice saws for sale lately. Who is crazy enough to be thinking firewood & saws in the summer heat? Wait, don't answer that...
