A guy I used to work with was announcing that he was going in to dry out. An electrician told him.... "Nobody likes a quitter!"
I think I will, I was trying to shield WWW from people showing up unexpectedly and interrupting him all day, but we'll have to. It will be under my account (we are the only ones with this last name in the state) so not too hard to figure out which company. But. if he found good help he wouldn't be so overloaded. Thanks Larry
I hate tornadoes. I also hate hurricanes. Once in Viet Nam, the building we were hunkered down in had its room ripped on during a typhoon. We still had one layer of cover left, but all that metal roofing flying about was very destructive. It is a wonder I didn't fill my pants when that happened. Felt sorry for all those who were living in those thatch huts. They couldn't have much left and were left out in the open.
Well Dennis, she mentioned these posts to me tonight. She has been leary of the tractor, and has never expressed any desire to learn it. That has changed. One problem though, coming downhill she doesn't have enuff a$$ to keep the seat safety switch engaged. I'm not necessarily one that has an issue with bypassing the nanny state rules, but her safety has to come first. So.. What say y'all? Bypass or not to bypass?
Awesome that she likes it. When our son was a few years younger, and lighter we rolled up a t-shirt and set it on the seat over the seat switch. Worked fine. Just needed a little more pressure. Maybe you can rig something up.
Sounds like a very doable temporary solution. Thanks. BTW.. She has the same problem with the rider mower in certain areas.
She has enough, she has to be putting lots of weight on her feet, therefore picking up the backside. She will get it.
Actually I took that as a compliment. Thank you honey. Lol. Dennis, I did it. Gonna take a few lessons before I am comfortable. And I was going turtle speed. I think part of the problem is, as Chaz says, I have little bitty arms and short legs. Lol
Doesn't help that she has short arms, and has to lean forward. I pick on her on that.. Her itty bitty arms, told her that's why T-Rex went extinct.
We actually had 10 confirmed tornados in our state that night. Amazing that nobody was seriously hurt or worse
Probably try fishingpol method... by my seat safety is still intact, just not to each other... its got a small looping wire helping that one end out... ... Good on you Chazsbetterhalf ... May need it everyday... but those hydraulics will help you... I call them my back saver...
Anvil Banger Were they fried in butter over a campfire? Nothing is better than that. Welcome to the site. We do like to have a bit of fun once in a while.
Atta Girl!!!! Chazsbetterhalf And it's not her azz, it's her height and seeing over the engine & bucket LOL. Her azz is not enough weight for safety switch, she needs her whole torso!
