Got the last coat of mud on the hallway last night. I think my drywall career may be officially over....retiring....hanging up the knives. I hung and finished close to 3,000 sq ft during the remodel....won't be sad if I never do it again.
Not good ones 10 ft wide 150 long 6 mil plastic long hill. Usually put 5 bales, 3 on 10 ft side, at bottom makes a pool ( to stop). 150 foot hose with cap on end, drilled holes in it. takes 2 hours to set up.. leave it up 10 days find better one on desk top when I get home
Well, I did it again. Guess I'm getting clumsy in my old age as I took a bad fall. I really feared for a while that I screwed up the neck surgery I had but now think it is okay. But I do have some hefty pain killers in me. My neck is worse than my back and I fear what it might be like tomorrow. I had a dentist appointment but cancelled that as I'm not even up to a drive to town. Senior moment?!
Man, Dennis... so sorry to hear about this. GD gravity just keep gittin stronger as we get older... Well, you've sure proven you're tougher than even the toughest bear... you'll get beyond the pain before ya know it. Hang in there.
And I have 4 guesses which state they are from. It is going to be one of those 4, always is and always will be. I don’t know how those places can raise so many disrespectful morons with pizzy attitudes and know everything.
A little work here and there. Unfortunately the real job was still requiring me to go there. But. I’m on vacation now. That will give me time to finish this coming season’s stacks over the next two weeks. And more importantly spend lots of time with a bunch of family coming home! Haven’t seen some of them in 2-3 years. But, about 16 months ago I set up a family reunion for this summer. Almost all can make it. Going to be great to have everyone together again. The spoiled ones are….. well, spoiled.
I still use my fingers... Just took a hot shower and it helped. now I'm about to lay down. I'll put a hot pack under my neck and lay there and read for a while. Son and his wife just got here.
